It was a beautiful, cold day when Dana & Craig finally tied the Knot. I say ‘finally’ with a little laugh… as these two have been together forever!! I remember joking with them during our SUPER hot engagement session- we laughed about how long they’ve known each other & how long Craig has known he wanted to marry her. But Dana’s the kind of girl who likes to play hard to get 
This is the groom’s father & you’ll notice his brother-in-law, Tom-Tommy-Thomas, in the background. I adored these two guys! Their wonderful smiles could light a room- just look at this man. You couldn’t tell he had a care in the world, just a happy, smiling face. I picked on these guys all day long, just to hear them laugh.
Dana with her two gorgeous sisters! Ashlee & I shot her sisters wedding (Robin on the left) just a couple of years ago. It was fun reuniting with everyone for this happy day. We laughed & pretended it was a bit warmer.

It was a relief when the reverend arrived! He had gotten stuck in the Houston airport & had begun to think he would not make it on a flight out.
We took a few bridal portraits outside just before the ceremony. Dana was freezing but she sucked it up long enough to get a few great portraits. This was one of my favorites, she doesn’t even look like she’s that cold…
I enjoyed the Reverends ceremony- it was engaging & had a few hilarious moments. He has known the couple for many years & it was great to see how personal this can make your ceremony. He kept the congregation laughing & entertained while getting his point across.
On the way to the reception we stopped off at a rehab facility to visit with Dana’s grandmother. The whole family stopped by to say hello & it was a wonderful experience for all. I remembered her grandma from Robin’s wedding
I thought the little Halloween decorations that lined the hall were kind of funny-
Then we were off to Harper’s at 18th & Vine.
There were PLENTY of jokes about how long the bride & groom have known one another… I am pretty sure Dana was getting on to someone in this shot. It makes me laugh!!
