The attention these auctions began to receive led Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduate Dave Pierce to create the website GoofyAuctions.com in November of 2005. Each day GoofyAuctions.com is updated with four new auctions found on eBay that contain those bizarre and goofy items being sold.
