Once you submit your payment,. you should receive an e-mail verifying receipt shortly. . Make sure to print out the contract for your package, sign & mail along with a completed information form to the address listed below. You will receive written confirmation of your booking once we receive the contract and 50% deposit.

Make Payments For Reprint Orders & Album ...

. You can send payments for reprints & albums in one of two ways. You can click on the link below to make a payment by credit card using Paypal. Please note that credit card payments incur an additional 2.9% fee.

You can also mail a check to the studio for the total payment amount. Please include the invoice/ reprint order form.

HOW TO BOOK

In order to book, first e-mail or call the studio to find out if your date is available. . Spring and Fall weddings are the most popular, so the earlier you contact us the more likely we are to have your date.. However if your date is just around the corner, don't hesitate to contact us. .There is always a chance your date is open! .Once you have made contact with us, we can set up a consultation for you to meet and personally discuss your ideas with Adrienne.. If you can not meet for a consultation, we will be glad to arrange one by phone. . After your consultation, your date will be held for (3) three business days.. If we have not heard from you by that time, the date will be reopened on our calendar.. If within those (3) three days the studio is contacted by another couple interested in booking for the same day, you will be given first priority.

To officially book, decide on the package you are interested in and we will send you the corresponding contract, information form, shot list, & invoice. . (Or you can print them directly from the site and make your deposit payment online). Those forms need to be signed and returned to the studio along with the deposit amount as stated in the invoice. . Once we receive all of this information, you are officially booked. . We return a signed copy of the contract to you and written confirmation via USPS within five business days.
